I'm a frontend lead focused on building fast, maintainable web applications. At Thumb Technologies, I’ve led efforts to modernize our UI, improve DX, and significantly improve performance. I enjoy solving real-world problems through thoughtful UX and clean code, whether that means shaving seconds off load times or simplifying the developer experience.

Beyond the frontend, I’ve also built and deployed lightweight Node.js backends for customer-facing demos. I'm comfortable navigating the full stack when needed, and I believe great product work happens when developers understand the entire system.

I take pride in mentorship, technical planning, and cross-team collaboration. Whether I’m removing unnecessary dependencies or shipping a key feature on deadline, I aim to leave systems better than I found them.

• Led frontend development for an AI meeting summarization platform
• Boosted performance by reconfiguring Docker & NGINX to serve static assets properly
• Shipped features in biweekly sprints and mentored junior engineers
• Built full-stack Node.js demos for prospective clients

• Built responsive React components from Figma and integrated REST APIs
• Developed a custom Web Audio-based meeting recorder
• Improved UI quality, fixed bugs, and worked in a fast-moving startup

• Updated the marketing site and launched a Next.js homepage refresh
• Started an Electron project for a cross-platform desktop app

I hold a Bachelor's degree from the University of Manitoba, where I developed a strong foundation in critical thinking, problem solving, and technical communication. Since then, I've continued to grow my skills through professional work, hands-on projects, and continuous learning across frontend and full-stack development.
